Breaking in a New Lead
The trip began under the threat for rain. Everyone was on time and ready to go by 2:30 so things were off to a great start. Timing was crucial since we had the potential to finish after dark.

This second part of GPS training went pretty well.
A lovely morning with everyone on time for sunrise and drive. We didn’t have any prospects on the drive so decision was made to increase the lvl to Jr.
It was awesome to see some old and new Fellas in this drive with friends, family and all on time for the briefing.
A brisk morning with all fellas ready for the briefing on time, so a perfect start to an excellent drive. After safety the briefing with some new points we started we moving.
Today we had GPS training to prepare few fellas for second lead duties as per Desert Fellas standards.
Today we had one late comer and rest of the group started with briefing 7AM sharp.
One late comer today (and without a radio 🙈). Let’s keep up the standard Fellas!
All Fellas were on time and briefing started early, thank you team is what we like to see.
This was nice and smooth drive with some of new challenges what we introduced to our fellas juniors.
