PROSPECT’S OASIS
A fine morning with perfect weather and most fellas ready for briefing before schedule, except for one who took the wrong exit (LOL) but was at deflation point on time in the end. Let’s keep this standard, we really appreciate your punctuality.
My plan today was to challenge our prospect driver, asses his skills and progress, so briefing done the convoy was set. Pradeep 2nd lead, Feras, Ahmed, Mick, Lenny, Drew and Preggy as sweeper. We also had 2 side sweeper today who were monitoring us from the side, Coppercon and Salah. With radio check done we got moving and it didn’t take long before we had a second try. The convoy struggled to get good flow today but we did keep it quite technical to stick to the plan, even I had a stuck and second try so mission was well on its way. I have to say even though progress was not very fast the team was performing well and I am extremely please with they way every one drove, with safety on top of mind and communication high, distance was a bit stretched and we even had a fella loose the track.
After some fun in the sand we reached the exit exactly on time as planned after 42km (odometer reading). Thank you all the Fellas for joining, the team spirit and atmosphere was amazing and I can say with pride that our prospect diver really passed my expectations.
