Every Fella was well prepared and training up to now came in to play

with dence fog makeing  visabilaty not more that 20meters this morning.

With multiple  convoys arriving at our meeting point, many of them seemed super confused what was going on when we started our briefing and chanting Desert… Fellas!!! Desert… Fellas!!!.

We got moving very early but unfortunately the convoy was small due to some Fellas having to cancel last minute due to car or health issues and wish them a speedy return  to the sand.

Convoy managed to navigate through  the technical area even with poor visibility our safety distance rules made it easy not to loose each other. There were multiple second triess, a stuck and even a pop out before the fog cleared and the big dune driving  began.

The pace picked up from this moment on, Fellas mange wellbut not  with out second tries, but because of the training and good radio coms the flow was not broken. We reached an area where we could practice reaching the top of these “mountains” and repetions got Fellas more intimate with their rigs.

After this we push up and up and we were like one team with high spirits, but unfortunately one Fella had transmission issue and had to be escorted to the exit while the rest continued with the progress.

The whole team managed to exit together after the feedback session at super bowl a few mintues behind each other and shedule. Im really proud of all thier progress and how we can start driving as a team. Next week we will come back to this area and raise the bar one more time .

Thank you Javier and Zoubeir for your support today and your agility between roles with great team work.

I can only say that this drive feels like we lift off, as a team.
It is brilliant to see how we develop individually and based on the Marshal’s and sweepers great comfort and efforts we at lifted to levels that are no longer crazy but feels more like agreeably possible.

Such a fantastic job from the leaders, and my fellow juniors.

    Thank you!

  3. Today’s drive was the culmination of all skills learned. We started nice and easy under a thick fog blanket.
It was a wise decision by Marshall to take an extended break while waiting for the fog to clear. What awaited afterwards was pure bliss and pristine scenery.
I enjoyed the drive and I’m sure everyone did too.
Thanks Javier for the excellent support, as usual!
