Something Old Something New
Something Old Something New was about me leading my first drive in a very familiar area.
I have driven in this area several times in the past, but never as the trip leader. I could tell that I wasn’t the only one who was excited about getting this drive started, because all Fellas were lined up and deflated ahead of time. We did the briefing and went on our way; this was a technical area, so I was glad that we progressed with a fast pace.
After hour and a half of driving we stopped and had some snacks and a cup of coffee. Since we were ahead of schedule, we decided to spend more time exploring some technical dunes.
As we headed towards the exit, we had the chance to enjoy a high paced race through some long dunes, and finished our drive as per our schedule.
