The Red Team consisted of some of our more seasoned junior drivers although a couple had been off the sand for a while.

After a gentle warmup, the convoy side sloped, straight crested and weaved its way towards Big Red for some big climbs. Following a quick break for rejuvenating karak chai the team took a few more bites of this dune before heading on to Chef’s Bowl.
The second half of the drive was at a faster pace with some more difficult challenges but the Red Team was on fire and there was no stopping them today! With only 15 minutes left before the agreed exit time, the group wanted to make the most of some more climbs and bowl driving so that is exactly what we did!
Great convoy discipline, excellent radio communication and some all round great driving made this a very enjoyable morning. Thank you all for joining and a special shout out to Marcin for his support on second lead and to Marko for his guidance, advice and leadership. See you on the next one!
