What an epic morning it was! We started with our convoy deflating tires at the Sweihan drag strip, with the sun rising over the dunes as a stunning backdrop.

The adventure kicked off with a high-speed dash across the sabqa, headed toward the Kazna area, where we quickly shifted gears to high torque and hit the redline. After warming up on a few smaller bowls and smooth switches, we spotted a fellow adventurer waving us down from atop a dune, clearly in need of help.

Reaching them, we found they were well and truly stuck! But our legendary sweeper wasted no time, pulling them to safety while the rest of us enjoyed some hot Karak under the morning sky.

With a welcome pit stop done and everyone warmed up, it was time to tackle some epic dunes. What followed was a seemingly endless ride of switches, slopes, and climbs, going from bowl to bowl. The morning had our hearts racing and stomachs flipping as G-forces pinned us back in our seats.

Our final bowl was the most challenging and the most rewarding featuring the biggest, baddest crest and switch our new off-roaders had tackled yet. They showed off impressive skill and readiness for this winter’s dune paradise camp, now only a few weeks away!
