Junior 1 – Training Drive
Junior 1 training drive was a great step in the right direction.
We started deflating and did the safety briefing.
After explaining the plan and what was ahead of us, we progressed through the desert and started our lessons.
Although we had some stucks and second tries we need to remember that it is a crucial part of the learning experience. We had a series of repetitions by building muscle memory. This is a preparation for our next lesson.
We are happy that the team is eager to learn more, so keep the spirits high. Rewards come to those who are patient.
Thanks for a great Friday!

A demanding drive where the Juniors learned a lot from every challenge. Straitgh crests, long slopes, parking formations, radio comm, steering wheels position….
There was a lot of info to digest, a lot of questions and the spirits were high as Javier already said above.
Juniors, you made a great job today and it was great to meet you all.
See ya all on the next drive !! 😉
This truly was a training drive. Marco and the team pushed us through repetition after repetition on a number of challenges with detailed explanation and encouragement of how to do it properly and safely. Today’s training included radio communication, short dune approach, centering steering wheel, respecting the verticals and continued practice on straight cresting and side sloping. The debrief and individual feedback at end of the drive was a great addition. The AI15 team are coming together as cohesive group and I can’t wait for the next drive. Thanks Marko, Victor, Aquaman and Javier for a wonderful morning!
