On this trip we took team work to the next Lvl!

With everyone on time and briefing done on time we started warm up as the sun was rising. Only a few minutes in 2 fellas had pop outs at the same time.  This was quickly sorted and we continued warming up but we struggled a bit to get good flow, some radio coms and distance issues that needed fixing  so we changed convoy order which had a better result.

After a good 1hour and half we reached the objective for the day, big hill climbing! This is where we implemented new training  dynamics, after many repetitions convoy was finally working as a synchronised team.

The drive then picked up some pace with nice bowls all the way to chef’s bowl for a debrief. After this the convoy was clearly drained as we demand a high level of focus so we headed out to inflate, reflect and prepare ourselves for the next epic drive. Jr’s are now really performing on another level and showing great progress.
