With the mercury dropping to near single digit figures this morning, the desert was indeed a cool place to be.
Off to a slightly late start this morning due to a late arrival, but with some team work we had him deflated quickly.
Saturday is over and not so weird to drive. It’s a wonderful bit of a change to drive in the afternoon.

A near perfect morning with the sunrise to greet us and the sound of deflating tires we could feel that todays was going to be the start of something exciting.
For offroad enthusiasts living in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, driving in Abu Dhabi is always a treat. The thrill of “where eagles dare” was heightened by the fact that none of the Juniors on this trip had ever driven in this area before.
As the sun was rising on what be an exceptional day of learning, expending knowledge and fun driving this new discovery group arrived and made them selves comfortable.
Sand hopper got off to a slightly delayed start due to our GPS apps not recognizing the meeting point as being off the main road. This led to most of the drivers having to travel an additional 10 km to make a loop around.
Vida loca even though it started at noon, the temperature was nice and sunny. After our sweeper did the safety briefing, we started to move to warmup.
Blitzkrieg Bop started with 16 degrees of temperature. I was a nice and cold morning. After our safety briefing, we started to move towards our warmup area.
