Ab Initio generation 15
Ab Initio generation 15 was really one of our best yet.
All the atendees were highly focused and you could almost hear the concentration, these Fellas and Felicitas were like sponges soaking up all the knowledge we had to give. With free coffee and goody bags containing snacks up for grabs ftom Natures Valley, everyone was set for a long fun filled day.
Once all the theory was covered the time came to drive and put words into action. The group split into 2 smaller convoys Blue team and Red team. In these groups the basics started to take shape with repetitions, over and over to make them feel confidant and after an hour drive it was time to take a lunchbreak and recharge ready for the challanges that lay ahead in the afternoon.
At 2pm we formed one larger convoy, deployed final lessons and put Gen 15 to the test, they came out on top and exceeded all expectations as the DF leaders could already see the diciplines starting to take shape in thier driving. Drive finished in a very high note with Gen 15 eager to continue the learning from our Jr Training program.
Thanks for a great Friday in the sand and congratulations Gen 15! Support team, Preggy, Javier, Michael, Zoubeir and Rathica you guys were amazing and a big thanks from Marko and I for helping us pull off one of our best Ab Initio’s ever.

It was truly surprising to see how fast this Ab Initio group was able to adopt Desert Fellas driving discipline and principles. Their focus and commitment to learning culminated in a nearly flawless final drive.
This mixed convoy comprising of drivers with varying levels of desert driving experience looked like one cohesive group of seasoned off-road enthusiasts who had been driving together for a long time.
Kudos to @chefMarc and @Marko for a well formulated program that delivered its goals splendidly.
Congratulations to Ab Initio 15 batch, it was remarkable to see what you were able to achieve after just one day of focused training. I look forward to following your progress along this incredible journey.

This really was an amazing Generation of Ab Initio members. They were highly motivated and well focused and ready to learn and hit the sand. With each round, they steadily grew in confidence and we could visibly see their skill improve. Well done guys. Thanks guys for a great day. Very happy to start chapter 2 of my time with DF back at the beginning. I really nice group of prospects and it was amazing to see what first-time desert drivers achieved within such a short time. The constant encouragement, guidance and support from Marco and Mark pushed everyone forward. Nice to catch up with Preggy, Rathica after several months.
Glad to hear you all had a great day, I hope we will be able to have more great drivers join our little family.
I’m glad to have been part of this Ab Initio generation. Spirits were high, focus was optimum and the prospects did not disappoint!
In fact, they have quite surpassed the expectations, if we compare to older generations.
The only way not is upwards and forward!
Big shoutout to Marshal Marc for organizing and keeping the team together. DF Supporting team as well did a fantastic job and I’m truly honoured to be part of it.
