Ab Initio 6
It was very nice and successful day in the desert. We did Desert Fellas introduction followed by drive in 3 convoys and 3 different levels.
Most of our members reached the point on time, with 2 absents and one late cancelation. I’d like to congratulate to our new members who will be able to attend our next trips in certain level. Please have a look at your profiles to check your designated driving level and let us know if any comments.

Prospect drive went smooth with several stucks and recoveries respectfully. We didn’t make many kilometers but we had chance to learn a lot. Next drive will tell us more but for first one I’m very happy and satisfied with all drivers performance.

Karen you worked today a lot and we opened new chapter in your offroading. You did 3 recoveries, yeeeey! Hope your back is still fine. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to join the group. I had a fantastic time with you peeps.
I can say that DF are quite different from the other regular clubs. Very welcoming, disciplined and well organised.
The introduction speech from Marko was special and I could feel the passion and it was straight to the point. The safety culture next level.
For the drive the newly promoted Tiago handled things like a boss. His briefing was very conscise with do and don’t. He boosted my confidence. Once we got into sand I really felt the difference. There were at times when we are having fast drive with full control. The time to time coordination between lead and sweep was just wow.
Over all I had a fantastic time and looking to have many more drives with the team.
Thanks Marko for the drive today, I am really happy to rejoin the group with my new FJ and looking forward to join the weekly trips.
The group is getting bigger, with positive vibe from everyone…Let us rock together

Thanks a lot Marko for the opportunity. The recovery training was fantastic. I’m so happy that you gave me the opportunity to start learning the recovery procedures 🙏.
