Advanced Junior Level 3
It was nice to be back on the sand after a few months.
Before the start of the ride, we made sure that all participants met all measures issued by the government regarding COVID-19.
After measuring the temperature and briefing, we started warming up.
The ride was conducted according to the driving plan for Advanced Junior 3 level.
The team spirit was high.
After the successful completion of all Advanced Junior 3 driving elements, we combined all the exercises with a few rehearsals until all drivers showed enough skills for Advanced Junior 4 drive.
In the last part of the ride we performed a practical test of the skills of our sweeper, who showed the acquired knowledge and skills.
During this ride we had several self-recovery and several recoveries with snatch strap.
Special praise for the second lead, which showed us that with dedication to driving and observation it is possible to achieve good driving discipline and thus became a candidate for our next second lead training.
The final grade of this trip is – successful

Fantastic drive, I have had so much fun.
When during the briefing I found out that I was the only junior in the group I felt a bit nervous, as I didn’t want to slow everyone down, but at the same time I was afraid of not being able to perform all the coming challenges.
The drive has been then tailored to my level and despite becoming increasingly challenging, I always felt safe.
The leadership team and all the off-roaders have been incredible at providing advice and suggestions throughout the trip which made me learn a lot and helped me correct a few mistakes throughout the drive.
It was great how everything I have learned through the previous trips was combined in this and how I felt prepared to everything we went through in this trip.
I loved the final challenge of reaching a specific point on the map in the shortest amount of time possible, it was great to see how the convoy has to work as a team to achieve this.
Definitely one of my favourites trips!
Thanks again for the patience, the guidance and the extra care, and thanks to all the off-roaders for slowing down the pace to teach me something!

Great trip full of challenges and surprises for the attendees. We started a bit rusty cause the time out of the dunes, but everyone caught up eventually and the radio went silent for minutes due to everyone adhering to the DFs standard . Thanks 🙏
Well done to all of you, great to see improvements across the border. Cannot wait to join one of the trips again, doing some final repairs/upgrades on the car and will be part of the game again….

Good to be back on the sand, was a nice trip & we mostly had the desert to ourselves despite a few other convoys in the area.
Great communication by Second Lead ,Sven & Sweeper, Aquaman
Overall no major issues, just the 2nd tries & odd stuck which were swiftly dealt with by sweeper.
Nice lead by Marko & towards the end Aquaman , was surprised to see vegetation in areas that had been arid the last time we visited.
Looking forward to the new Level drives.
Nice ride and good to be back in the desert , enjoyed the trip and the opportunity driving as second lead.. looking forward to more hours with the fellas in the sand
