Slip sliding was exactly what today’s convoy was cautioned against, with a safety briefing that emphasized emergency cancellation of cresting and vehicle control on winding crests.

The Advanced Junior Level 3 convoy was ready to drive at the scheduled drive time, despite heavy fog on most roads leading to the drive location.
