Today’s trip was supposed to give our new Junior Level drivers ample opportunity to brush up on their side sloping skills, but it was ultimately the terrain, that dictated what lesson should be learnt.
Back in the saddle
Back in the saddle was upgraded from a Junior drive to an “easy off-roader” drive since all the drivers in today’s convoy had completed Desert Fellas advanced training.
All Saints
All Saints drive was a nostalgic visit to the area where I led my very first drive.

- Side winder started exactly like the name suggests – with seven Desert Fellas winding their way through the intensely technical and tightly packed dunes of Al Faqaa desert.
