Starting the weekend early with an offroader lvl drive was the perfect way to start celebrating another year gone and welcoming in a new one.

All of us were on time at this meeting point in the middle of Desert, in an area not known to many and even avoided by some because of the harsh terrain, very technical areas with sharp dunes and hard flat gravel at the bottom of most. That said for those who push through and explore more, they are always rewarded and there are treasures to had in these sands.

We warmed up in some tall tricky dunes, the midday sun was blinding making it very challenging for the convoy to read the line, nevertheless warmup went smoothly and soon the dunes changed again. Here we had a few stucks while cresting on very sharp dunes but manage quickly by the sweeper.

Once our technique was flowing fast and making short work of these obstacles we entered the area we came for, long majestic crests running for hundreds of meters with multiple switches! The next hour and a half burned through our fuel very quickly as it was pedal to metal while we relished in this playground.

Time flew by very quickly and as the sun was fading we managed to exit as scheduled, very content. Thank you for a excellent start to the weekend, Hussam great sweeping today and awesome driving from all. See you next year.
