Is this one of the best generations so far? Will see, fun is just starting, but so far they are doing really well.

Early this morning, most of the members were in position even half an hour before the briefing began.

We started with small but team warm-up and it was fun.

Soon after, we started with drive and new elements introduction. This group very quickly adopted the elements applying them to personal performance accordingly. This group is progressing extremely fast.

We tried a new way of giving feedback and I felt that it brings a bigger and stronger team spirit. It also gives us the opportunity to discuss on the spot and learn from the individual mistakes.

Whether this group is better than the previous ones is hard to say, but with some new introduced methods, the progress is indisputable.

Finally, I would like to hear feedback from Fellas who attended this trip how they liked the warm-up and debriefing after drive. Also would like to know how was their experience with the challenges of the famous car breaker level.

Thank you all for today and especially the supporting team as well as Marshall Marc and Senior team leader Preggy who joined this trip. It is always a pleasure to have them around.

See you on the next challenges and until then enjoy the work week.

    Marko.
The learning curb with you and Chef is jus magnifying.
At least five times today I was just marvelling over how we drive, as this would be fully imaginable without your outstanding leadership.

I feel that we are moving forward with supersonic speed, and I am grateful for the chance to repeat the process we have had today next week, as I see huge need for repetition of these moments.

I hope we all have the chance to go through the process and reach to the next level together as a team.

    Cheers

It was a great drive, progressive in challenge. We really finished at a better place we started and it was great to leave on a high note.

Direct feedback is always hard but I think hearing from the team, as well as the rest of the juniors made us all feel a bit more confident that we’re feeling and doing the same mistakes regardless of experience.

I’m really looking forward to the next trip now, I’ve got it clear in my mind what needs to be done and how to get there! Thanks to Marko and the team for a cracking morning

ow man, I missed this drive due to a last minute schedule change and when I read the report and comments I am sure I missed something.

This drive was infamous even before it started and it did not disappoint. Marco eased us in to begin with but before long we had upped our game considerably compared to the previous drives.

It’s clear we all have a ways to go to meet this level. By the end I thought I was starting to find my rhythm, then bang, a momentary lapse in judgement showed me just how important listening and following the guidance really is.

Still had a great time though and looking forward to showing I can put what I learned into practice next time.

  6. The most awaited level 4 did not disappoint.
Fellas were ready earlier than usual and up for the challenge.

It was a good learning day for me. All the feedback is positively taken and I appreciated the new feedback technique. We should do it more as it helps build team relationship as well as improvement on the spot.

Thanks to Preggy and Marshal Marc for assisting me. Looking forward to more trips for more practice aim toward the perfection.
