Jr level 1 (AI 14)
A very quite morning in the desert, with most people taking it easy after the Christmas celebrations.
All Fellas were on time but took a bit long to get ready with deflation so we were behind schedule which is not our standard. We should try be ready to drive on time every time.
With briefing done we stared with some medium dunes side slopes and straight crests to warm up. Then we moved to a technical area with small dunes, a few second tries and stuck gave sweeper trainee some experience. Convoy headed to lager dunes but had to cross a difficult technical area, this really challenged the Jr’s and gave sweepers a good work out with multiple recoveries, second tries and finally a pop out before clearing this area.
Drive picked up a bit of pace with side sloping before heading to the exit 20 min behind schedule. Team did well and some very valuable experience gained in car feeling and challenging terrain, which laid the foundations for the next few drives.
Thanks to supporting team Michael for sweeping and Zoubeir as sweep trainee.

Today’s drive was insanely educative and exciting. If it wasn’t for the solid leadership a rookie like me would have been lost. Thanks for excellent assistance and good guidance Michael and Zoubeir.
Awsome course Chef!
Pleasant driving just after Christmas. Enjoyed the lessons learned today, and difficulty increasing during the drive, as more technical dunes came along. As always thank you Michael, Zoubeir and Chef Mark for your help, and support!
Another great drive with lots of learning and technical growth. A few technical difficulties held the convoy up a little but there was still plenty of driving and fun to be had. And have the opportunity to get to know some of the other fellas. Can’t wait for the next drive.
Great fun this morning. Really getting confidence, learning more about the car and how to tackle tougher situations. Thanks for all the advice – I’ve got a few wounds to stitch but well worth it! Roll on next time!
Great drive , couldn’t be without the lead of chief Marc and support of Micheal and Zoubier , I learned a lot and most important that u guys thought that what ever difficulty , obstacles or situation u are there lead us to safety and knowledge .
The drive was a level up and starting to build the Juniors’ skills. I was glad to have Marshal @chefmarc and @michelpgarcia as seniors on this drive as it was very tricky. No two stucks are the same and together we overcome all the challenges safely.
It was great to see all the fellas awarded their flags during this holiday period – it shows commitment. Hope to see you all on the next learning drive!
