An easy offroader trip you can drive with Eyes Closed……

…. April fools!

A very gentle warmup that quicly turned technical in some tricky crests with a few self recoveries needed. Warmup was out the way quicly so it was time to cross over to some longer, smoother and then bigger dunes.

Racing to our main playground I think we spent more time with our wheels either side of the crests than on one side. Very little side sloping, only needed to cross from one dune to the next crest.

The sand was slightly firm but the crests sharp and untouched making for the perfect opportunity to brush up on our skills getting ready for the offroader season these next few months. As we reach the biggest dune of the day a lot of trust in training came into play for the convy, when cresting up and down this giant there is only blue sky, white clouds or golden sands visible and seeing the track is almost easier when you shut your eyes. Nevertheless everyone managed to follow track.

A well deserved break in the shade of a gahf forest was welcomed just before heading to the exit where we started inflating a few minutes ahead of shedule. Thank you Sarah, Ayah, Sven, Malcom and Ryan for an exciting start to the month of April. See you all soon on some even bigger dunes.
