We dove right back into it for Lesson 2, joined by a few trainees who missed the first session. So, we had some catching up to do!

There wasn’t much time for warm ups this morning we were too eager to tackle the technical dunes! After a few recoveries and second tries, we found our rhythm, and by mid morning, we were cruising along smoothly. We even squeezed in a tea break near some campers having a blast sand sledding down the dunes.

Post break, the trainees got their first little taste of bowl driving, a sneak peek of what’s to come in Lesson 4! After that, it was back to more challenging terrain where we sharpened our 4wheel low gearing techniques.

As the morning wore on, everyone got valuable seat time working with 4wheel low. To wrap it up, we shifted gears for a thrilling, quick paced side slope dash to the finish right on schedule, of course!
