Basic training lesson 2
Lesson 2 kicked off bright and early, with the air still surprisingly crisp for this time of year.
After briefing all our students on the day’s objectives, we did our final checks before embarking on today’s adventures.
A steady warm-up got us in the mood for the day as we set out to tackle some challenging terrain and put our rigs to the test.
We encountered a friendly herd of camels at our rest spot, enjoying the outdoors with a cup of karak in hand.
Feeling refreshed, we ventured into the egg-box-shaped dune formations to see just how capable our rigs really are. The team performed admirably, conquering some serious ground and demanding terrain before finishing off with a flurry of side slopes.
After a constructive debrief, we’re all geared up for next week’s development. Huge thanks to Adam for 2nd lead and Marshall Javier for sweeping us along and the fun quick paced session towards the exit. See you on the slopes next week!
