We have been waiting for this drive for a long time. This morning was pretty much perfect weather a bit foggy to start and didn’t heat up till right at the end. It was quite a special day, some of us rusty, a few newly upgraded Jr’s with some vertrians so a good mix of skills.

Convoy got moving on time and as this was a new area for me we had a slow start with a pop out and a tricky stuck but these were dealt with in record time. With these out the way we started geting some nice flow, but every now and agian we had some second tries and loosing track with poor radio coms, wich was a sign of shaking off the rust.

After warm up we got to some very nice big creasting dune at iftar bowl and then all the way to super bowl. Adrenalin was pumping as we made our way back with lots of fun sonwe finished a bit after 9am.

An excellent trip and we must do more very soon again, to make sure the rust stays gone.
