Venturing into the desert grants you more than you can ever imagine.

As the long weekend approached, our group of fresh offroader graduates decided to kick it off with an adrenaline-pumping drive. Making the extra effort to start before sunrise, we were greeted with the crispest, newest sand dunes for our thrilling escapade.

If you are familiar with offroader level warm-ups you know they come hard and fast, hitting you harder than downing five double espressos and we got our adrenaline glands working overtime with in the first few minutes.

The convoy wasted no time and blitzed through massive slopes on the way to the bohiemouth known as Nagrah. With free reign over our morning desert playground, we were eager to leave the first tracks of the week. Ascending the dunes with ease, we reached the peak, relishing in the breathtaking views.

As more adventurers arrived in the area, our group decided to move on to explore the eastern part of the desert. Along the way, embracing fierce climbs and tricky switchs.

The pace was exhilarating, pushing our off-road vehicles to their limits. During one intense moment, a rear tire popped out, a rare occurrence, but not entirely surprising given our speedy and technical maneuvers.

Undeterred and quickly fixing the wheel we continued towards the final leg of the mornings escapades. A few more intense challenges awaited, satisfying our desert offroader itch before a timely exit from the exhilarating playground.

After inflating our tires and wrapping up this off-road adventure, the group made a stop at our favorite cafeteria in Sweihan. A well-deserved freshly brewed cup of Karak tea and rolled cheese paratha was the perfect way to end an exciting morning.

A massive thanks to Marcin, Steven, and Malcom for an excellent start to the long weekend. As we bid farewell, I know we will soon reunite on the sandy terrain for more thrilling off-road adventures.
