The mountain  at Al Faya was the spot where we took in the view before heading towards  Badayer for the afternoon drive.

Once we deflated and did a quick safety briefing we warmed up. The desert was totally empty, sand was smooth and lines were silky. Convoy was flowing very  nicely, the drive was effortless making us very relaxed even with adrenaline pumping through our veins.

Convoy climbed almost every big dune with the highlight of triple switching up and down super bowl area multiple times. Once we started to head back one member had a tyre failure and needed a spare change. The temperature was in the high 30’s s and with the rim stuck on the hub, some engineering problem solving had to come in to play using the jeeps power steering to our advantage.

With the wheel change done it was time to head to the exit, thanks for a perfect start to the weekend Fellas, see you on the sand later this weekend.
