Ho ho ho! We cranked up the engines, not just for the offroad thrill, but to catapult ourselves into full-on festive mode – merging the excitement of the drive with the cozy vibes of holiday cheer and a breakfast bash in the dunes.

As the sun painted the horizon, our convoy, a mix of friends and family, eagerly set off for a breezy drive to a scenic spot near the Abu Dhabi border.

In the heart of the Ghaf forest, a speedy setup had pancakes sizzling, Karak tea flowing, and taste buds tingling for a delightful morning feast.

Amidst lively banter and kids frolicking through the tree-packed dunes, we soaked in appreciation for an amazing past year and wondered eagerly about the adventures the next one will yield.

With satisfied bellies, our appetite for a bit of dune surfing kicked in, turning the last hour into a sandy spectacle – flipping sand instead of pancakes on a high-paced journey toward the exit, right on schedule.
