Valentine’s Day only comes around once a year, but our love for the desert and off-road thrills runs strong all year long. We didn’t need an excuse to head out and soak up an afternoon of sand and sunshine.

Starting our drive among the sandy giants of Al Madam on a warm yet pleasant afternoon, the convoy wasted no time getting straight into the action.

Epic climbs and a touch of technical terrain guided us toward the big bowls and wow, these are some of the best. When the flow kicks in just right, carving through those lines, there are very few feelings that can match it.

With multiple passes in, around, and over some of the tallest crests in sight, we were completely in our element. After a long week at the grind, this was a well-earned escape. Nothing slowed us down except for a pop-out or two, and we covered some serious ground, finishing a little ahead of schedule.

Soon we were back on the tarmac, heading home to celebrate the day and swap stories with our loved ones.
