As the last whispers of winter fade into the sizzling embrace of summer, we seized one final weekend for an epic camp in the golden expanse of Al Qua. 

By mid-afternoon, at the deflation point, it was clear summer wasn’t creeping in; it was sprinting, with the mercury soaring to 37°C. But with a cool breeze at our backs and excitement in our hearts, our little band of adventurers was eager to tackle the towering dunes on our way to camp.

Carving our path through rolling hills and silky slopes, we were in awe of Al Qua’s breathtaking beauty. Every crest and curve revealed a new spectacle, leading us to a picture-perfect camp spot nestled at the foot of colossal sand bowls.

With tents pitched and campfires set for later, we revved up for one last dune-driving thrill. Scaling the biggest peaks, we soaked in jaw-dropping views before returning just in time for a sunset to remember and a night under the stars we’ll never forget.

A huge thanks to the amazing campers for a trip that will be talked about well beyond the summer. Until next season, adventure on!
