As the weather cools down, things are really heating up in Basic Training and by Lesson 4, the challenge is nothing short of intense!

With a smaller group this morning, we were able to fully focus on the day’s objectives with precision, and even sneak in a few elements from Lesson 5. Jumping straight into action, we covered the fundamentals of bowl driving while sharpening the skills built in previous sessions.

After some solid groundwork, it was time to put theory into practice! We tackled bigger dunes and massive straight crests, which of course gave us the perfect opportunity for some bright and bold recoveries.

As the morning progressed, so did the skills. We’re thrilled to report that our trainees absolutely nailed some serious bowls with the precision we were aiming for.

An epic session all around can’t wait for the next lesson and to see these desert driving students graduate in style!
