A new level brings new challenges, if you thought it was easy, it’s not!

Our task is to make the transition between levels as simple as possible, and these are the moments when everything learned comes into the play. In these situations, we often wonder if we listened well and learned well, because there is less and less room for error.

The morning training started with a warm-up as usual. After we presented the first elements all the trainees had a chance to test the newly presented elements and they did it extremely well. According to the terrain and concentration, we introduced new elements that increased the complexity of the performance, and pace. The errors we detected were solved on the fly as a team.

In general, we scratched the surface and made preparations for the next training session.
