Back once again for Basic Training, and we kicked things off with Lesson 1, the first chapter in a whole series of fantastic adventures exploring the desert and building the essential skills needed for the journeys ahead.

We started our morning near the camel racetrack by Al Faqa Desert, warming up with gradually increasing challenges. As the dunes grew bigger, so did the confidence. Each approach helped everyone get more familiar with their car’s handling, capabilities, and limits, all leading us closer to the more intense obstacles waiting ahead.

The morning passed by smoothly. A few second attempts here and there as expected, but the students absolutely nailed their first assignment. I’m already excited to see how they progress over the next six lessons.
