On May 18, 2024, a diverse group of adventurers gathered in the Arabian Desert for an exhilarating off-road discovery session with Desert Fellas. The session was designed to test skills, build confidence, and immerse participants in the stunning desert landscape.

This time we have 2 attendees who drove over 3 hours in one way to join our training. We are super proud of them. Also we had one car break down due to tire failure. But let’s start from the beginning.

Morning Session: Theory and Basic Skills

The day kicked off with a vibrant gathering and a thorough briefing by the Desert Fellas team. Safety instructions, vehicle handling techniques, and environmental guidelines were covered, setting the stage for a successful day. Participants then honed their basic driving skills under the guidance of experienced instructors, learning the essentials of navigating the desert terrain.

Afternoon Session: Advanced Driving

With the basics covered, the focus shifted to pure driving in the afternoon. The convoy tackled new challenges and advanced driving elements, from steep dune climbs to navigating soft sand patches. The Desert Fellas guides led the group through varied terrains, helping participants push their limits and refine their techniques.

Completion and Upgrade

By 2 pm, the session concluded with a debriefing and a celebration of achievements. Participants who successfully completed the session were upgraded to the Desert Fellas Prospect level, signifying their readiness for the next level of training and more challenging desert adventures.
