As the sun was rising on what be an exceptional day of learning, expending knowledge and fun driving this new discovery group arrived and made them selves comfortable.

It was good to see a variety of vehicles, some new some old, some dedicated 4 wheel drives, some all wheel drives and desert fellas off-road discovery is the perfect platform for these new to sand or with experience to test their rigs.

During the presentation we had many question and was so interactive with the team really hungry for knowledge, this is the best scenario even if we need to spend a bit more time to bring every member on to the same page, it makes for safer, confident and more skillful drive team in the end.

After the presentation a bit more time was spent on preparation because of the larger group, the right tire pressure, gear selection and driver modes are essential to get ready for a drive in the dunes. Once we started the flow was steady and though we had many first timers there were minimal stuck and second try situations and as there confidence grew the challenges increased. Our morning session ended 30 min later as this team was hungry for more so had to leave them satisfied before heading out, safe to say mission accomplished.

In the afternoon session the real fun started. Beginning with a warm up of the morning session and really nailing the basic techniques then transitioning into a step up lesson and challenge that really tests their vehicles capabilities and performance. This session flew by almost faster than pace we this team was progressing. As the day came to a close we gathered round for a quick debrief and congratulated the team on their epic performance, they can be really proud of there performance and unlocking a great achievement.
